Shoes are one of the things where we can always do better than QVC...on almost any other website out there, especially if you're already signed up to receive their special offers.

I always check Amazon.com or the Vendor website directly whenever I can as its usually cheaper. I'm with you guys. QVC is last on the list for me.

It pays to shop around. One thing I'll say in QVC's defense when it comes to shoes is they often beat the competitors with color selection. There has been occasion when I have paid more from QVC just to get a color other than black, nude, or brown for less elsewhere.

I don't believe QVC will do price match, especially for someone like 6PM that sells customer returns and seconds. Have you been to a shoe or handbag department lately? All I can find around here is black and brown shoes and huge selections of vinyl handbags.

I find that QVC is competitive on SOME skincare items, but never on something like shoes. I didn't realize they offered price match. I usually ignore the shoe shows.

6pm has broken sizes- I've lucked out occasionally but for the most part my size is always gone. QVC has sizes galore! And as another poster mentioned, a bigger color selection.

I find buying shoes on line really taking a chance- my foot isn't the easiest fit so it's not my preferred route. I can take anywhere from an 8 1/2 w to 9 1/2 M in Clarks!!

Shoes are one of those items for me that I always (almost without fail) find elsewhere for much cheaper. I don't buy shoes from the Q; however, if I'm flipping around and see a Clark's show, for in stance, I feel like screaming---look just about anywhere else and the price difference is glaring!!!!

There are a number of websites that offer % off even their low prices for shoes. I always check around for better prices, faster/free shipping.

That's true. Most of my shoes be it Clarks or another company has been bought in other places, not QVC.

The only time I've ordered shoes from QVC was b/c a style & color I wanted was not available elsewhere.

I stopped buying Clarks from QVC because they are never sized correctly. I have racked up more return fees on Clarks shoes than any other items I buy on the Q. Another reason I stopped buying Clarks is they started putting velcro or elastic on every shoe the make, to me that's like fashion designers using the 3/4 length sleeve because they don't' want to properly fit the models arms. I can see some goring to make the shoe give but the elastic bungee cords and velcro looks cheap and never last.

I challenge them to make a shoe without velcro or elastic and fit true to size. Come up with different colors. It's always Brown, Black or Natural with them and they can't seem to get the color RED right ever.

Sometimes I find the shoes I like in the size I need and color I want elsewhere, and always check before I buy from the Q. Frequently though, the Q has sizes and colors that I can't find elsewhere, then I have to decide if they are worth it to me at the Q price with S&H and tax.

6pm does not have a return policy, or at least one that is reasonable. Unless the product is defective or the wrong item, you pretty much are stuck with it. If it doesn't fit you pay shipping and restocking. Usually there is no sizes left you need by the time you get your shoes and find out they don't fit.

QVC does have high prices in shoes. Probably because they do not do discounts or sales. They take the manufactures suggested retail price and stick with it. But posters are correct, when it comes to sizes and colors QVC can have you in a corner.

The line of Clarks QVC sells is mad especially for QVC and lower quality than the Clarks I gre up with. Clarks has many lines within their brand. I find they are not that great anymore. Some of those plastic soles are down right dangerous. You get those plastic soles on a wet slippery pavement and you are dead meat.

I personally found the line of Clarks Planet shoes sells are a little more high end.JMHO
