That my prayers were answered after my very delicate surgery having a tumor removed on my carotid artery and it was NOT cancerous.

Many wonderful new church friends in our lives.

Our son meeting "The One" And we LOVE her!

Our recent vacation to Disneyland!!!!

All in All we had a great year and feel very blessed

My 2 and half year old granddaughter became more of a joy with talking and calling me "Mama Jo." Baby time was fun but this next stage with the personality and all the hugs and kisses just because is the best thing of 2016!!

2016 was my "annus horribilous", to quote Queen Elizabeth.

I lost 2 best friends, one to a move, one to unexpected death.

November kicked me while I was down.

@Preds Sorry for your loss and congrats to your daughter. It's always said that one door closes and another one opens. A sad event in your life will be replaced by a happy one.

My husband died on Valentines Day. My son and I had to put down each of our cats.

Quite a few serious health issues in our family........but the one great joy....is my daughter had a baby boy premature...a bit rough going for awhile.....but he has been home for 3 -4 weeks and is doing well...........what a blessing.......
