Do any of you notice how some people get louder and louder when they are talking and laughing with others? What is the purpose of almost shouting to a person right in front of you or beside you so everyone 50 ft around can hear what you are saying? This is a pet peeve of mine! I don't think people need to talk in whispers or hushed voices but the loudness is absurd!
