UPDATE! Found my boots!!!

Yes! Just a few minutes ago. I am doing laundry and at the bottom of one of my hampers there they were!!! Said "thank you, thank you, thank you" from my heart over and over. Ecstatic!

Thanks to everyone for the positive reinforcement and support. This, my friends, is the best Christmas gift.

I have no idea how they landed there. Last Friday I did a load of towels and they weren't there. Who knows??? Just so very, very happy and grateful.
