They showed a map showing St. Louis to be in about the center of the area they are predicting this for. It's not just St. Louis, it is a very large portion of the Midwest that this is happening in. So, we better just brace ourselves for those high electric bills.</P> <P>Please folks.....be care about what you are doing outside so as to not get any fires started.
