My DH and I are going to Ireland in Sept. for two weeks. My first time overseas in years. Has anyone been? What is the best way to pay for shopping? I would like to get a prepaid Mastercard or Visa since I want to stick to a budget but I don't know what is the most accepted methods of payment. Any suggestions? Thanks!
