Wendy Williams oops today...

She said she was selling her fashion line all weekend on QVC! Went on asking if the audience knew she sold a line of clothing. A minute later someone whispered to her it was HSN...She just kept going, never one to admit she made a mistake. She did sell jewelry a few years ago on QVC that bombed I believe...

Reminds me of Lara Spencer on GMA. Will Smith was hyping his new movie and Lara went on and on about Dame Judy Dench and how she interviewed her a few years ago. Will let it go but then he gracefully corrected her, he said "it's Helen Mirren". Lara kept right on talking, she didn't apologize for her error. Just pretended she didn't hear him and kepnt right on talking...lol

I haven't watched Wendy in a while but she has always heavily weighed on her staff to sort out her vocal faux pas's as even during Hot Topics they often had to correct her or provide her with additional information but to be honest not knowing what shopping network you are now affiliated with is a big ooopie especially since she has had such great success on HSN and left QVC rather quickly to join them . . .

Wendy Williams may have sold jewelry on Q (didn't know that), but she did sell or try to sell handbags. They were on clearance up until about a year ago.

I simply cannot stand WW. She is so impressed with herself, but I am not.

Not surprised she messed up, as it seems she needs 'supported' by her staff quite often.

WW was "da " when she was on the radio in NY & Philly.

In NY her shows were 99% gossip. In Philly about 90%.

Her gossip shows was always on point. So much so, that P Diddy had her black listed in NY for not retracting a statement she made about him. Reason why she came to Philly.

She just changed her eating habits and either went vegan or vegetarian. She was on the chew and seem slow in her thoughts and speech. Now, I,m not judging that kind of eating, but some people do not do well on it in the beginning. I tried it, but could not last because I got sluggish, tired, and just not sharp in my thinking. This might be the problem. Or she is not eating enough for her brain. Now my husband was a vegetarian all his life from birth and sharp, but raised as one.

Very hard for him and his mother, also a vegetarian, not vegans. They both died of colon cancer. Too much rich foods. Cramps, eggs, butter, cheese.

I am not a fan either! I don't like show hosts who throw out real or fake gossipy anecdotes just for laughs. She does appear to be full of herself. Also, have always thought that her figure is so out of proportion!!

Me too!!!!! I have never watched more than a few minutes of her show but when her show first came on I thought she was female impersonator. I thought that for years....lol

I watch Wendi every morning at 11AM --- and she "makes my day". I did catch her saying QVC ---- no big deal. Of course she continued right on------shows are edited. That's because she doesn't read the teleprompter most of the time. I love her wit and sense of humor --- she's a great storyteller.
