      <title>Emails For TSVs</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up to get emails on TSVs a long time ago and got them with no problem. In The last 3 weeks or more I haven't received any. I have recently signed up for them twice and am still not getting any. Is anyone else having this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After not getting emails for TSVs and InsideQ (I get the hard copy) for 3 or 4 months I finally called customer service. They have my current email address and know what preferences I checked off (I have reset them several times to no avail). The CS rep couldn't tell me why I'm not getting any emails but will forward it along to someone else who will look into it. If some of you are also not getting any emails, if you call to complain maybe QVC will take this more seriously.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In fact, more miss than hit. I am also signed up for all the TSV preview emails and I never, ever get them.So frustrating. I don't even get my order confirmation and shipping emails consistently. &amp;nbsp;I've given up trying to get them to fix it. oh well, they just lose sales and I save money!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Clearly they have a problem.&amp;nbsp; I too have not received a TSV notice for quite a while and I did not received a hard copy of the March Insider.&amp;nbsp; I also don't have a link for the online version.&amp;nbsp; I guess I have to make the effort to call and maybe if they get enough complaints, something will be done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought we could post anywhere on this forum because the mods seem to read each post no matter what category they are in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
