Lisa has a big section on her web page for cooking and her veg. recipes so I am sure she is offering the these items to reflect her love of food.

The knives look more like swtichblades than something you would use in your kitchen.

they are nice knives but I don't think they would be considered kitchen knives..

I saw them earlier this morning and first thought it was something to take on a camping trip, since she is from Tenn. But must be for kitchen and backyard use.

They are decorative pocket knives. Not for kitchen or outside use

As a one-time 'Ripperologist', whenever I see the phrase "leather apron" I'm reminded that it was the nickname of one of the Jack the Ripper suspects at the time. Funny how things stay in your head.

There is a professional chef in the family, and when I saw the photo I thought, that would make a nice gift. But the reality is - HOT and sweaty over a stove or open flame to the point of get-this-sucker-off-me-gaah.

The knives are similar to the offerings that come on late night TV for "collectors" in the wee hours. "Oooooh! KNIIIIVES!" Creep-eh whether the knives are $50 or $500.

I thought she usually sells decorations and items for ladies (jewelry, fashion, etc), I didn't think about them as a gift for the men.

I was thinking that now I would look at other women and wonder if they carried a decorative knife in their purse, LOL!
