What is your weather like?

We are having a sleet and rain mix here in PA and its getting slick. (Our deck is slippery and DH said some roads were getting slick). This is to continue over night into tomorrow.

My in laws who live further north than us have snow.

I saw on our local weather almost daily the rest of the week they're calling for a mix of something, and by next Sun into Mon maybe more of an accumulation. Blah...lol.

My cousin just moved down south since she is now alone and her children are off to college, and because she is sick of PA weather.. I told her I will think of her up here in PA all Winter long...lol..

@deepwaterdotter In my part of NC it is 45 and has been raining and cold (for us) all day. No worries. Tomorrow will be 60 & then cold again for the weekend. Very crazy winter so far.

Had a couple inches of snow Sunday. Today was cold, in the 30's. Dropping to single digits by the weekend. Winter came in like a lion.

In Southern New York, we asr getting snow right now, which is supposed to turn to rain. It does look pretty against the Christmas lights.

We're having rain. Some of the outer suburbs are having sleet. Glad we're not having that. I don't like the cold/snow and can understand why many retired people move south.

Hi @dmod nj, it snowed overnight Sunday but this storm is accumulating. We're supposed to have a balmy 16 degrees on Saturday night.

Here in Utah the artic air hit us last night. It was very cold around 20 last night. It's 5:30 now and a storm is brewing. They said we will get the lake effect tonight, that means inches to feet in the SL and feet in the mountains. I don't work anymore so I don't mind, but hubby does and I worry about him slipping and falling. With his Polio is legs are starting to get weak and so far at his age he doing very well.

Today the Arctic blast came through with temps topping only 24. Right now 15'. Tonight light snow with lows around 10'.

Hi @MyGirlsMom, we had snow on Sunday too. I didn't even know we were supposed to have snow tonight. I thought it was supposed to be warm enough for rain. Clearly, I was wrong. UGH.

Only 16 degrees........bring on the flip flops. LOL

Stay cozy and safe. I hope your girls are not on the roads tonight. Hubby just said the deck is slippery.

@dmod nj, unfortunately the confused one is working tonight. She doesn't get out of the hospital until 10:30. We've already texted her. This storm was a total surprise. ugh!

Yesterday it was in the 50s and rained all day. It had rained most of the weekend, too. It was supposed to be in the low 60s today, but I've been in the office all day and haven't been outside for 11 hours, so no idea what it was really like.

Brrrrr! Cold, icy, snow on the ground...more coming Thursday. Temp high today 30's....tomorrow as well. Winter has arrived in the pacific NW.

seems like we were all just saying how hot it is and now were allready talking about cold and crappy weather is. here in rhode island there calling for snow showers in morning going over to rain showers. good luck all.
