      <description>I had a representative who restored my faith in humanity. His name was Robert and his kindness really made my day. I am not going to go into it, but I have certain money issues which he helped me resolve. It's such a change from yesterday when I emailed a company I had interviewed for and have yet to receive a response. Don't you just love when perfect strangers are so kind?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I recently had a most unsatisfactory CS. Experience. ( not QVC ). I was put on hold twice and each time the person would come back and tell me exactly what I just told them. I was shunted to someone named Freddy, who told me to call again Friday, and then said have a blessed day. Thanks Freddy !&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
