Grr, I just tried to order David's cookies from HSN. I had a 10.00 off code that the sent me, great. I read all the fine print , because I've had trouble using their codes in the past. Sure enough, I get to the end of the order , and coupon denied. Well I guess that I really wanted the cookies, because I called customer service. She was very nice , but hemmed and hawed around and finally admitted there was no reason that the code couldn't be used. Happy ending, cookies ordered, but why the Hassle??

WoW good for you. I have tried using their coupons in the past and they have always been denied. I will remember to call CS next time when I want to buy and use their "coupon offer".

Where are you getting your coupons? I receive mine in my email and they always work. Now if you go online and look for them, they don't work.

@GSPgirl I got this one in the mail, I have never been able to use a coupon of their's , but this time it ticked me off, that's why I called.

I think they hope you will give up, which I have done in the past, but tonight I had the time , and darn it , I wanted the cookies. LOL.😺😺😺

I see that Davids Cookies is a today's special Tuesday- that's probably why the coupon didn't go through. Today's Specials are usually an exclusion,

@Ibby114 I would have thought that too, however, the offer specifically stated that today's special were also included in the code.

The only David's Cookies I've ever rec'd that were good were the brownies. Anything else that I've received that were included with cookie jars I've bought have been horrible. Most I've tossed in the trash.

I have personally never received a coupon from HSN that could be used on a TS or This Day Only. The only time I can use a coupon on a TS is if they load it into the system early. The TS price will show on-line but the system just reads it as a sale price, not the TS so it takes coupons.

I have 3 coupons right now and all of them say the TS is excluded.

Well mine wasn't, like I said before, the offer said good on anything, even ts's. That is why I persuade the discount. It became less the discount, and more making them live up to their offer. Also the David's cookies that I have had were good, I'm sorry that yours were not.

I always order the David's cookies at this time of year for Christmas gifts. Last year I sent only the brownies to my picky grandson and he loved them. The cookies and crumb cakes have always been good as well. I expect there will be another really good buy in the next week or so as there has been in the past; probably a combination which is what I usually order.

I received the same coupon, I believe. It was a large postcard, 10 off any purchase of 20 or more (Yes, even Today's Specials & Electronics!) says right on the thing.

I am considering that David's Cookies TSV, also.

I posted before I was able to save $100 on a mattress recently from HSN with a coupon, not too shabby. And the mattress was at a sale price too.

I got the 20% off one item that expires 11/30. Can't use that on a TS, this day only, clearance. Sometimes the price on air does not indicate it is a clearance item then when you go to their Web site it is. I shop on hsn.com but sometimes I watch hsn briefly while channel surfing.
