Florence Henderson passes away

Actress Florence Henerson, widely know for her character Carol Brady in the 1970's television series "The Brady Bunch" has passed away.

She had a heart condition. She was 82.

Sorry to hear that. She had some nice TV shows in her later years on the Retired Living cable channel. She was always a class act. May she rest in peace.

Last night I saw a promo for the King of Queens. Florence Henderson was throwing a turkey leg at the grumpy old man on the show.

Just WOW. RIP - she was funny.

no way.......... I just saw her on Dancing with the Stars Monday night. omg......SAD news. I was one of her biggest fans. Flo looked great. She supported Maureen McCormick during her addiction problem & apparently they were still great friends. SADNESS....

I know! She looked so good. I even mentioned to DH a couple times that she looked younger than Maureen. I am said to hear of her passing. She always seemed so upbeat and happy. Very sorry to hear of her passing.

She was in the audience on many episodes of this seasons DWTS. Also wasn't she a participant? Don't remember when. My, she certainly looked healthy. What a shock. So sad.

She seemed so healthy, youthful, and fit. I was very surprised to hear the sad news. She was so very talented. Most remember Florence as Mrs Brady but she had a marvelous voice and a great career on Broadway. RIP

Yes, it's hard to believe she's OK and on TV earlier in the week, and gone today. I guess this was quite sudden.

Florence will always be Carol Brady and lives on in tv land. What a beautiful lady now flying with the angels.

I had no idea she had a heart condition. And I am so very sad to hear of her passing.

I know the "Brady Kids" are devastated this morning, as many of them were still very close with her after all these years. I think she helped them through the trials of being 'former child stars', which I'm sure has it's issues.

She seemed to work a bit here and there till very recently. Just so shocked and saddened.
