    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there just a skim coat of sapphire on the ring and a faceted quartz on top? What's up with that? Quartz scratches and gets cloudy. I'm not a J.R. jewelry fan on any level, but this doublet thing just seems so cheap!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I feel like I see it often lately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
