    <description>&lt;P&gt;The other night I watched a video my cousin posted on Facebook...long story short, I simply cannot stomach cow milk anymore.&lt;BR /&gt; Is soy  milk as nutritional as regular milk. I'm asking because I have a 7 year old son. &lt;BR /&gt; I'm not even close to being a health nut, but that video pretty much ruined milk for me. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
