FedEx Shipping

The TSV air fryer that I had on back order shipped today. I checked the shipping because the tracking number looked strange and it was shipped FedEx. In all my 25 years of shopping at QVC, I don't recall ever having something shipped FedEx, anybody else?

@Kachina624...yes i have a St Tropez order coming this way.. i have never had this either..

Going a total different route than normal, very slow..

I ordered some tumblers on the 6th of Nov....they shipped the 10th....expected on the 14th...not here...i called cs today and she said they are coming Fed Ex....i guess that means they will get here when they get here...don't bother her....

The delivery service is getting worse then ever...

I ordered a shark vacuum cleaner and it is coming Fed Ex. It is supposed to arrive on Thursday, but their tracking shows nothing at all, in regard to shipping information. I don't like this company

I know sometimes my items start out with FedEx and then get transferred to my local post office for actual delivery to my house. I don't live in a very out of the way area or anything like that.

I do see that your Shark recently shipped. There are times where the tracking does not update for several days. Your estimated delivery date is not until Friday, so we would need to give it a few more days. I will certainly keep an eye on your shipment and will update you accordingly.

I am sorry to read that Q has started using FedEx. A real turn off for me. Things have really gone down hill with the shipping department, first LaserShip and now this.

Thanks for being so dilligent about my order. I think Q needs to have a talk with Fedex. If they are doing this kind of stuff now, I shudder to think of how their tracking will be once the holiday season kicks off

Tracking updates do not update. I have an item that shows it is sitting in some facility the last four days.

Give me UPS anyday. I live in a very secure building. FedEx will not leave a package if i am not here to accept. As a result i end up playing delivery tag and eventually have to go to the FedEx depot. Often days go by because of this. UPS and USPS will leave my package for me, thank you.

I dread having anything delivered FedEx.

I ordered something from Toys R Us, that wasn't available in the stores. I ordered it last weekend. It was shipped Fedex Smartpost!!! They've already changed the delivery date twice!

It's in my state and they are now saying it won't arrive for another week. Because, of course, it now has to go into the hands of the USPS. It's not a Christmas gift, and I certainly hope it arrives before then.
