    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had they been honest from the start I would still do business with them but they totally mishandled this mess. Their poor customer service team. I did get them to drop the shipping charge and to ship with expediated delivery once they did ship. I am thrilled with my quilt, matches the sheets I got here perfectly but not so thrilled that I will forget I was lied to for a few weeks before they decided to stick to a story. I imagine they are losing money in droves, likely most that complained got their shipping charge dropped and other incentives to keep customers appeased, but no doubt thousands of people used the charge back process on their cards. I think this fiasco they had will effect them terribly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;HSN offers more of a variety of items than QVC, but I order way more products from QVC. &amp;nbsp;I feel like they honor what they say more. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Lately, I've noticed when I've tried to order things from HSN I get a recording that says, "This item is on back order, so there will be a delay". &amp;nbsp;What? &amp;nbsp;Who wants to order something and then have to wait until ?? when it comes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This keeps happening quite a lot lately. &amp;nbsp;Maybe that's how they can offer so many products. &amp;nbsp;I don't know but when I hear that recording, like just a few minutes ago, I just hang up the phone.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Anyone else come upon this with HSN?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I know I'm busting on HSN but I was just thinking that whenever I order a piece of jewelry I'm offered if I want to buy the warranty. &amp;nbsp;It makes me nervous because then I think, "What up with that? &amp;nbsp;Is there a problem with the jewelry?" &amp;nbsp;It's as if they (HSN) doesn't back up their stuff so you feel compelled to buy the warranty...I don't know it just bothers me. &amp;nbsp;Some might see it as good that they do it and it is for like electronics but to offer it with just about every piece of jewelry....Hummmm???&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I've also&amp;nbsp;tried to order an item or two online only to get to the shopping cart and see "extended delivery".&amp;nbsp; The last thing I went ahead with was a brow/mascara duo from Benefit that I really wanted.&amp;nbsp; Delivery was supposed to be 11/11, but I got it last week.&amp;nbsp; Maybe they are having trouble getting merchandise from overseas, but why present an item on-air if it won't be available for a while?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also agree with the warranty being offered for jewelry items.&amp;nbsp; Kinda makes you wonder WHY do I need a warranty for this piece?&amp;nbsp; Maybe they make a few bucks whenever you purchase a warranty, so they push it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;A couple things with the "extended delivery":&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) There was (and still is for some) a serious issue with a new computer system they chose (stupidly) to install and apparently without in-depth testing. This is causing a nightmare of computer errors regarding orders, what it says when you order, shipping info, trying to find the product via the warehouse, etc. &amp;nbsp;It's been discussed for more than a month and not all issues have been resolved; I still have a few things showing "packaging" that have been there since 10/4... why, I don't know. They've been cancelled but the system is still reading it incorrectly. THAT'S a huge issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Vendors are responsible&amp;nbsp;for supplying HSN with the product; so they're going on air KNOWING they don't have the merchandise up front to deliver. Now, I order online and can see this up front; it's my choice whether to accept that date or not- sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Selling out. Instead of going on waitlist, an item that sells out CAN go on into extended delivery mode. This has happened to me twice and I'm not sure who makes the call regarding this; you're not charged either way but I think that extended delivery gets the product first when the vendor delivers the product.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I order far, far more from HSN now than QVC; it's shocking how little I order here. There are still a few lines that only QVC carries, which I love, and hope they're always here but for the most part HSN is where my money is being spent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I love the QVC kitchen board, the ladies there know what they are talking about, and from their recommendations, I've ordered several kitchen items from HSN.&amp;nbsp; Just the other night I ordered their Ming pan that others have and love.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I also ordered maybe half a dozen gifts from their Alice show, and rings as gifts for my daughter.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;The quality has been very good on everything and I have never had anything on backorder, the equivalent of wait list, which does happen a lot here.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Oh, I also get new OPI colors fron them often, FREE SHIPPING on all OPI I've ordred and the special value products.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Benefit products sell out quickly, they are cheaper than Sephora and usually HSN offers free shipping on those.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I order more there, than here, never had a problem. And they have have really good clearance deals on brand name leather boots and shoes, you just have to look at the right time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They have FREE s/h on shoes EVERYDAY and they offer REAL sales on merchandise. &amp;nbsp;Often times they offer free s/h on beauty items and have a WIDE variety of vendors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC lost me a few years ago with their high s/h charges, LOW quality of jewelry items, repetitive&amp;nbsp;vendors, "new" s/h charges and..low&lt;STRONG&gt; Q&lt;/STRONG&gt;uality, no &lt;STRONG&gt;V&lt;/STRONG&gt;alue, &amp;amp; less &lt;STRONG&gt;C&lt;/STRONG&gt;onvenience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I really enjoyed some of the people they used to have on HSN and watched all the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought products from Fran Drescher, unique gold&amp;nbsp;jewelry from Cristina Ferrare and Raquel Welch (and still wear).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I couldn't tell you the last time I actually watched a show (years) and don't even know what channel it is unless I'm surfing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm thrilled Suzanne Somers is on Evine, but that took away all the makeup, haircare and body products that I used to buy from QVC (no organic options).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think Qvc is 10 times bigger than HSN and 50 times bigger than Evine.&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure that HSN does carry more items than Qvc, I doubt it but I haven't counted the inventories of either of them.&amp;nbsp; I just know that Qvc dwarfs both of them.&amp;nbsp; I think it's a marketing strategy.&amp;nbsp; Qvc seems to limit their inventory to the items they know will sell.&amp;nbsp; Qvc doesn't take any chances.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes I'm amused when it comes to fashion, all of Qvc's clothing designers basically sell the same things.&amp;nbsp; If I like something and I miss my size, I just search the other designers and I am sure to find an almost identical item.&amp;nbsp; I did it recently with ponte pants.&amp;nbsp; HSN takes more chances.&amp;nbsp; There's more diversity in what they sell.&amp;nbsp; There is a distinct difference amongst the designers.&amp;nbsp; I think that's part of the reason why I don't buy from HSN now.&amp;nbsp; A few too many instances of not being able to get something in my size or the color I wanted and they don't re-stock the way Qvc does.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
