I've purchased several things with an Ebates rebate of 1%, but today's purchase is 4% !!!

Is this a new change .... or just a short term thing?

I find that their rates vary from day to day, so l never know what to expect.

splender also has qvc at 4%.

Discover Card has never had less than 5% for QVC. Last year around the holidays it was 10%.
