    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#993366" size="3"&gt;I agree amazon is very good to work with.&amp;nbsp; In the few times I've had issues and have sent them an email about a situation, they've always responded within hours to me.&amp;nbsp; As well, they will intervene with sellers too because they want to know how everything is going b/t buyer &amp;amp; seller.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#993366" size="3"&gt;And we can find many of the same things here for big money, on amazon for little money.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I talked about this in a response to a post, but I thought I'd share the wonderful service I received from Amazon this week. I ordered a something that came to $12.60. I'm a prime member so it was shipped 2-day USPS. I should have received it Sunday, and got a text saying it was delivered, but I didn't get it. Called Amazon. They asked me to give it 48 hours. Still a no-show so I called them today. They have sent me another one, overnight shipping at no additional cost to me, and extended my prime membership for one additional month. All that over a $12 item. Now that's great customer service!!! I find myself ordering more and more from them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They did something similar for me back in the day. &amp;nbsp;A $25 order for dog toys that got lost. &amp;nbsp;They sent me the same order practically overnight and refunded my credit card. &amp;nbsp;Finally free stuff and it was all for my dog. &amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyvery-happy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyvery-happy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.png" alt="Smiley Very Happy" title="Smiley Very Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;With issues like yours, they're great but with tech issues they're the pits. &amp;nbsp;They've got employees who don't know what they're doing. &amp;nbsp;I called recently with a problem and eventually figured out the solution on my own because they were no help at all. &amp;nbsp;In order to use Prime, I have to sign in with an email address which I no longer use and can't get mail with but can't change it on Amazon.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yea! Love amazon and amazonfresh. I ordered Scott tissue and it was apparently unavailable after I placed my order so they refunded me the amount and sent me Angelsoft toilet paper for free! Customer service is about going above and beyond.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That was great customer service. &amp;nbsp;But I've had similar experiences with Qvc. &amp;nbsp;I have no complaints with the way QVC handles such things. &amp;nbsp;EVINE on the other hand has the WORST customer service, it's been bad throughout all of their various ownership and name changes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I ordered a toy for my grandsons and it was to be delivered to another address while I was at the other location. The shipment was late and to be delivered after I left. I called them and explained and canceled the first order and reordered to my house. They didn't cancel shipment of the first toy, so I received two of them. I called to return one and they said to keep it for my trouble. So, it was donated to the Salvation Army toy drive.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
