I feel like the budget I have to work with will only get me the absolute bare bones if I go with a new car, and let's face it I would like to have some decent features while I'm driving all over. I definitely don't want to lease. I don't really want to go through Craigslist or anything like that, but I feel like dealerships have a tendency to rip you off.
