    <description>&lt;P&gt;OK...I'm working on my muffin top. I tend to carry weight right below my bustline...not in the low stomach. I was planning to do crunchies or modified sit ups, then I read an article where the doctor said not to do these exercises as it makes you build muscle in this area...and then you don't look any slimmer. &lt;IMG src="https://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/blink.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.blink}" /&gt; He recommended that you just walk.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm confused!
