Insider no longer online?????

I did not get an INSIDER email for an online look. I used the chat and asked about it. I was told IT WOULD NOT BE ONLINE ANYMORE. Is this what you know to be true. Not sure. I was getting it mailed to me as well. Confused.

I received the email on it yesterday, and it does have the link to view it online. I also do get the hard copy in the mail.

You should repost in the Customer Care forum to get a response from a CS rep about what happened.

I can say that this month's issue IS online. Go to one of your old emails and open the link. Once the old Insider is open, click on the yellow Archive Issues icon at the top left of the interface. That will bring up all the available issues, including the latest issue. Click on whichever issue you want to open and you should be all set.

Save the link to your browser favorites and relaunch from there every month. I'm using a link from September of 2013 to open the Insider every month.

Strange - I bookmark the Insider like @ChynnaBlue said and access via the Archives; I just looked for this month - I saw the cover - David Venable; tried to click it, it went away. I tried 3x and gave up. ETA - I tried again - it worked.

Some people already have their online version but I do not. They stagger them, we all don't receive them on the same day.

i never receive it in an email, but have it bookmarked so i can access the latest version anytime via the archives link. i am able to access the november insider.

i do receive a hard copy in the mail, but that has not arrived yet.

That happens to me too, @Mj12. It has for years and it's pretty random. It always rights itself. I have no idea what causes it.

I used to pay to get it in snail mail.

I have tried several times to get it online and never been able to, I don't know why QVC makes it so difficult. It seems as if they're purposefully hiding it which doesn't make sense.

Can you tell me how to sign up in order to receive it or how to find it online?

I got an email the other day with the link. I don't understand why they can't just post the link in the forums somewhere or make a topic for insider and post the link there each month. It would still be a limited audience as I do not think the majority of the viewers even vist these forums. That would solve the problem and make it available to whoever wants to look at it and also discussions on what was in the magazine could be discussed in that forum. It would generate buzz about upcoming programs and sales.

I just checked with Customer Chat - she said it is NOT online. When I told her people in the forums had received emails and had viewed the Nov Insider online, she told me that was not possible.

I have no idea what's going on.

I wish I could help. I don't think they will be happy if I posted the link.

I used to be able to find it if I (google or yahoo) QVC Insider link, but I can't find it that way any more.

Luckily I do have it bookmarked.(I save links in an email to myself since I've had so many netbooks and laptops I really helps when I have to start over)

I had the bookmark. Cannot find it. I was told it was not online that it was a paper copy. Then I was told no more online and no more paper copy. If I find that bookmark I will test it out. But so far no luck.

If it is open to everyone THERE SHOULD BE A LINK ON THE WEBSITE. NO SUCH LUCK.

I have never received the email link since it became free to everyone - and the old links no longer work.

I have also suggested in the customer care thread that since it is now free - why not just post the link on the home page?

I don't get the big problem here.
