If You Like "The Big One Throws" At Kohl's....

Those "Big One" throws at Kohl's are currently running $17.95. At times they go on sale for $9.95. They are worth that, but I wouldn't pay more for them. They are nice and cozy and keep you warm as they are polyester. Definitely, they are not a high end extremely thick fleece, but I like them...very cuddly.

Well, we got a Blair catalog today that has fleece blankets (twin, full/queen, king) all at $12.95! The number is PYW-611351. Free shipping also! Free shipping code is BYXX. I called a friend of mine who buys at Blair rather frequently. She said that she has one of the Blair fleece blankets...and they are the equivalent of Kohl's. She speaks highly of them. They have lots of colors and prints available. I like to pile up layers of blankets on my bed, so this is perfect as just an additional layer. They would be great for a summer blanket.

BTW...when you wash any of these fleece blankets, please remember that they are polyester. You have to wash them on cold and dry on delicate. They come out like new. If you wash or dry them on high heat, you will absolutely ruin them.

Just thought some of you might be interested in this deal. I hope this doesn't violate any of the community guidelines.

Black Friday they go on sale cheap. You don't have to go out in the stores they are available online.

I have several bought them for $8.99 plus I had a coupon.

@philogirl ... We love our fleece sheets also. Also have a nice matching polar fleece blanket and just ordered another thick fleece/sherpa blanket. Then, I ordered some of these inexpensive fleece blankets. It will make a nice additional layer during the coldest months (which get down to 30 below zero where we live). Even if you just have it in the closet to pull out if you get cold, it's nice to have on hand.

I think the twin size would be nice just to have on the couch instead of the throws. The throws never quite cover you as much as you would like.

I bought a couple extra for my grandchildren in college. I should order a couple more just to have on hand for little gifts.
