How to track HSN package?

Ignore my other post. Meant to ask how do I track my HSN package?

SAme way you track any package. You copy the tracking number. Go to the shipper website. Paste the tracking number into the slot and hit enter.

Hi @Shopster3 usually if you go to your e-mail where HSN sends you a notification that your purchase was sent there is a tracking number you can just click on....and will go directly to the postal site which will give you the package progress. Hope that helps you.

O P if you deleted your shipping email from them then simply go to their website and click on my account, then click on order status. This will bring you to the information that you need.

@Shopster3 Customer service at HSN is very nice. You can call them and they will gladly track the order for you. I have done it in the past and they are very helpful.

I just realized, I received the order confirmation but nothing telling me that my package was actually shipped.

I may have to make a phone call, thanks again!

Then your package hasn't shipped yet! You will receive another email when your item is shipped with the tracking information.

I don't like it, but I find the older I get the more of my basic common sense skills are fading.

Sorry guys, I should have realized I couldn't track it until it was shipped. Feeling pretty stupid now.

Guess I'm not used to ordering something and 5 days later it still hast shipped.

Also thought I may have accidentally deleted the email telling me it was shipped.

I called and she said it's leaving the warehouse today.

I'm disappointed, as I was hoping to have it this week.

Oh well, it is what it is.

Well, I think 5 days is a long time for them to ship it, anyway. It's understandable that you would have thought it was already shipped. @Shopster3

You'll get an email stating your package has shipped and a tracking number along with it.

Why? You said earlier that you may have deleted the shipping email, check your trash folder!

You can just log into your account and look at the order. If it has the shipment info, then it's shipped. If it doesn't, then it hasn't shipped.

The CSRs won't have any more info than what you can see. The one who told you that it's shipping today doesn't know that any more than you. It's just a 'make this one go away' thing to say.

Wow, how naive am I?

I thought it really was leaving the warehouse since she told me that.

Now I don't think so, no email saying it's been shipped.

It was ordered on the 7th.

Does this seem normal?

Seems like a long time to be not shipped out yet?

This ever happen to anyone here?
