topic New Neighbors in Community Chat

It seems like years ago, everyone knew their neighbors but now, people keep to themselves, at least in my neighborhood. If you take the initiative and introduce yourself to a new neighbor and welcome them but get the feeling they aren't too friendly, do you just leave it at that? TIA, Reva
