What are Some of Your Favorite Quotes?

Here are a few of mine..

"Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it" Winston Churchill. (note: If we wipe out everything that is distasteful or we disagree with (especially in our history), well like Mr. Churchill said).

"In a time of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act" George Orwell (note: I think this is something that is especially true in today's climate).

"We must be willing to give up the life we've planned in order to live the life ahead of us" Joseph Campbell (note: I've tried to apply this to me because when my husband died suddenly, I had to change the life I'd planned with him to plan a life without him....that's what all widows have to do).

In all seriousness I have other more inspriational quotes I do love but I am on my way out the door so I will list them when I get back.

I love that and have never heard before. It reminded me of "put on your big girl panties."
