I was reluctant and grumbled about it but I knew I had to give it a try.</P> <P>I'm so glad I did! It looks easy; you think, I'm in a swimming pool, how hard can it be? I'll splash around and enjoy myself.</P> <P>Well it's NOT that easy; it's hard work. My therapist was been wonderful. She's been very educational, tells me the purpose of each exercise, encourages me when I get discouraged and I value and respect her a lot, not to mention that I like her tremendously.</P> <P>A few months ago I could hardly move because of the pain in my neck and shoulders. Now and then they bother me but nothing like before.
