      <description>It is Her-mean...it is not a hurricane though. I expect it will breakup as it goes over the middle of the state. Flooding will be a problem because it is moving slow...I hope I don't get flooding because I live on the river and about 12 years ago I had to use a canoe to get out of the condo complex. Hopefully the state will have enough emergency personnel to help those who will need it.</description>
