According to his nephew Wilder died from complications of Alzheimer's. How very sad.

I had no idea he was 83 or that he had Alzheimer's.

This feels so shocking to me, he was one of the greats, a wonderful comedian.

It is really hard losing our loved ones, that always sounds wrong, we still love them,but you know what i mean, but also sad when we see so many die ,that had some small part in us growing up.
