Anyone order from Zulily?

I order frequently but before you do, understand it will take 2-3 weeks to receive your items. If you are not familiar with the brand, you are taking a big chance. If you are ordering more than 1 item, place an order for a small single item. You will be charged shipping on that item only. After that, anything you order until midnight is free shipping. If you order on Friday, the entire weekend is free shipping.

Customer Service has improved. If an item is flawed or broken, they will issue a credit or refund.

Keep in mind you cannot return an item unless it's damaged or they sent you the wrong item, size or something like that.

I start every morning looking at the New Today and Last Chance but have never been able to get past the saving in my basket. Right now I have some earrings I would love to pick-up for my DDL for Christmas. Hard to jump in the first time. I have seen on this board so many happy shoppers but they say it does take quite awhile.

I think I am going to jump in soon.

It was a one and done for me.

Money was taken immediately from my CC.

Called their CS after waiting for almost a month to get

the items asking where they were at.

The prices and shipping are not that great and you can find the items elsewhere.

I have ordered quite a few things from Zulilly and have been very pleased. Today I recieved the Halston Printed Chiffon Overlay Knit Top I had been eyeing for $30 less than QVC. I have got some Issac and Linea items, jewelry and other clothes. Yes, shipping is slow, but prices are very good.

Use the tip from the last poster: Order one item and pay the lowest shipping fee. You get free shipping until midnight on everything else. Don't order multiple items on the first order.

Last year, I ordered an inexpensive cardigan, and the sleeves were so tight I could not wear it. I called customer service and they refunded my money and told me to donate the cardigan.

I have been shopping at Zulily for four or five years and am very pleased. I shop mainly for my twin Granddaughters. I have made many, many purchases and plan to continue. There have been a few problems, but Zulily Customer Service is very prompt and considerate. I am always amazed by how much Zulily does. I think they have a very savvy management team. The waiting times for purchases to be delivered is erratic. But, the integrity of the company is first class. The savings on purchases is amazing. Since I buy for twins, the savings adds up very quickly.

I have ordered about 6-7 things from them. (no clothing). I have been pleased with what I have ordered thus. I do price compare before I place my order. Their customer service is very responsive on any inquiries I have made.

I did order a pair of Alegria sandles which were a bargain. Sadly the wrong size was sent. I was immediately emailed a paid label for the return, and promptly reimbursed.

My only complaint thus far is that sometimes they do not include enough information regarding the product in their description. I was looking at a pendant light. There was no mention whether it was hard wired or battery operated.

I've gone to the site from time to time. Every time I do, I am reminded that I can't browse unless I have an active account. I don't like that.

I received two items recently that were really poor quality. I took photos and sent them over to their CS. They requested that I send the items back (they provided me with a return label) and they refunded my money.

Go to your account, every order has tracking and they tell you the expected delivery date.

I have ordered several clothing items and sandals from Zulily and have been very happy with all my purchases. Shipping takes longer but the savings are usually excellent. Also their customer service is very prompt.

I will never use them again! It took so long to get my order that my granddaughter had outgrown the items when I received them!

I ordered A264592 Logo camo Capri currently on QVC website for $20 less. Delivery took a couple weeks but worth the wait for me.
