Can't Order Online

When going through the ordering process, the link goes to the new 4 pay easy pay page instead of going through to order the item. If I want to order an item, I have to call QVC. Why can't you fix this problem? I bet it is costing you money!

Can't you just "X" out the ad and continue on to place your order? That's what I've done.

I have had lots of problems ordering lately.

Ordered the Aimee K. tsv and the order never went through. Ordered other things that got mixed up. and just today discovered that a logo top I ordered over a week ago is in nowhere land. I will be double checking everything I order from now on.

I am getting the 4 easy pays page when I try to sign in. It is not an ad and there is no x in the corner. I usually get signed in on the second or third try. Very annoying. I use an Ipad.
