I love the Wench. She's priceless. Also the commercials with Rebel are pretty good too.

OMG - I've seen it a couple of times. Tooo too funny! Bobby Lee is in it too, and at least one more actor I recognized but keep forgetting to look up.

I'm fairly certain that the wench is played by Deep Roy. He was the oompa loompa in the Willy Wonka movie with Johnny Depp.
