I noticed it looks like she is wearing a bathing suit.

I can see the venue might be hot, so sleeveless might be warranted, but that is down right unprofessional.

She seems to be more about attracting attention that being a serious news person anymore.

It was way beyond sleeveless. Thin spaghetti straps and because she was sitting behind a desk, looked more like a one piece swim suit.

I find a lot of what she wears to be unprofessional and inappropriate, and especially for this occasion. This is a convention, not a cocktail party. You don't see anyone else dressing like that and she really looks out of place.
