My two skillets, 8" and 10" are sticking. I have never put in dishwasher or sprayed them with Pam or any of the other non-stick spray. Today I recieved a call from QVC to return the two skillets and insure them for at least $25. I asked would CE or QVC re-imburse me for the cost of sending them back. They said no.
