Any updates when posting from ipad/iphone will be fixed?

Very frustrating when trying to post. If you go back to a sentence you've already typed and insert/correct something, your cursor gets stuck there. You can't get the cursor to go to the end so you can type some more text.

I thought I read that this would be fixed last week? I haven't been on the boards as much in the last week. Anyone see any updates/

I only post from my IPad and have no problems.

if it's new, just give yourself time to get used to it.

Mine is an Apple and it self corrects as well as suggest word as you start typing.

If it's new, give myself time to get used to it???? I've had an ipad since the first day the original one came out, years ago.

There is definitely an issue and it isn't on my end. If you type a sentence and haven't posted yet and you go back and insert/correct a word, you're stuck there. You can't get your cursor back to where you were, to pick up typing where you left off.

I pretty much have the same issue with my kindle. There has been no update.

I have the same issue with my Samsung. I doubt anyone is able to take the cursor back to make corrections.

You are right and it has nothing to do with getting used to it. What works for me is using the back button all the way back to your error, but what a waste of time that is.

I tried to order an item online last night using an IPad and that didn't work either. Called in the order to CS and the woman said that there is a problem when ordering online from any tablet.

And I missed out on the color and size because of the issues.

I'm on my iPad too and can't go back and edit if I've ,are any typos once I've posted.

It's still not working for me, either. If I run into a problem if and when I try to order something...I'm not going to order by phone. QVC will lose that sale.

I use mr rebates when ordering online, and my rebate usually pays for the shipping fee. If I can't get that, I won't order.

I reported this on

5/20/16 so it's been

8 days and nothing fixed

yet.

This is bad with so many people

using tablets and smartphones

Mine is iPad and iPhone but it's not

just Apple tablets and phones.

Cant edit, everything freezes up.

They suggested using the Mobile View

but if we use the ipad

theres no choice for Mobile Vuew.

Its a MESS and shouldn't take more

than a week to fix imho.

Because the techs are like the warehouse-- slow and disorganized.

Keep an eye on what you are typing. When you spot an error, backspace to undo it.

just Edit & tap on HTML above ^^^^

then correct the spelling as you see fit.

@sidsmom, Yes, I mentioned this HTML workaround about 5 days ago on a couple of threads, but doing this is cumbersome and problematic when all the HTML code appears when we edit... and no one should have to do this. I hope everyone continues to voice their unhappiness with this problem here -- and maybe via the email address the Q Team posts regularly. It's not up to us to use these workarounds, it's up to QVC to listen, hear us, and correct the problem in my opinion.
