    <description>&lt;P&gt;4lbs. of skinless breast and thigh pieces, wash and pat dry-brown well in skillet with 2 tbs veg. oil and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to crockpot.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Top with 2 large yellow onions cut in wedges.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Mix 1 cup dark beer with 1- 1/2 cups barbeque sauce and pour over onions and chicken. Cook on low 7-8 hours, or on high 3-4 hours.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I used 6 lbs. chicken(I have a big crockpot) and adjusted the sauce for extra using Becks dark beer and Masterpiece original sauce. I also used Paula Deen's House Seasoning instead of just salt and pepper. That recipe is on her site and can be found in a search or I'd just add garlic powder and paprika.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Pretty darn good!
