      <description>&lt;P&gt;I HAVE to have my 8 HOURS of sleep every night or I am a bear or feel like I'm drunk the next morning.&amp;nbsp; Last night my 15 year old dog had diarrhea and was throwing up all night.&amp;nbsp; I was up changing her bedding and waiting for her to come back inside out of the rain.&amp;nbsp; I swear this morning I felt like I had a hangover from lack of sleep, I can't even think straight.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;(Poor baby, she's still under the weather - I'm just giving her some broth and that's it today).&amp;nbsp; How much sleep do you require?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I went to bed last night at about 8PM....woke up every hour on the hour &amp;nbsp; Until 2AM and decided to just get up. &amp;nbsp;That is pretty much typical for me. A restless interrupted sleep. Started after all the joint replacement surgeries I had over the past three years. Two hips and two knees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would love to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, but it never happens. I'm not a good sleeper and get 6 hours if I'm lucky. It really isn't enough for me as I am tired throughout the day and am conking out by 10:00 PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When the chirping birdies wake me up I sometimes have to close the window because I just must go back to sleep or I'll never make it without a nap! I used to feel embarrassed about needing so much sleep. Age has made me more sensible. 😊&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, you should try to be active throughout the day and stay up until a more reasonable hour like 10PM. I'm a good sleeper but I would not be able to sleep restfully if I went to bed at 8PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
