Which GENERIC/STORE BRAND Products Do You Like? Are There Some You Tried That Were Disappointing?

Sometimes the brand doesn't matter and sometimes it does.

I buy generic aluminum foil and it's just fine. I also buy Wegmans butter beans (used to buy Blue Boy, but Wegmans was the first local store to discontinue carrying that line) and love them. Good thing, too, because I understand that butter beans aren't easy to find in this part of the country. Wegmans frozen vegetables are great, as are their frozen fruits.

I tried Wegmans grated parmesan cheese because it was so much cheaper than Krafts, and it was terrible--almost like powder. Wegmans grated parmesan-romano cheese, however, is a hit.
