I think I yawned at least 10 times while reading this article.

I'd have to strongly disagree with the phrase I bolded. I am able to make my dog yawn each and every time, and he makes me yawn each and every time as well. :-)

Yes, or hearing it over a phone. The Mythbusters did an experiment and couldn't get people to yawn based on someone else yawning and normally I believe them. but that's one I never got over and think was wrong.

No. I'm not that suggestive.

We were taught (good important lessson) to ALWAYS COVER OUR MOUTHS WHEN WE YAWNED, and also WHEN WE SNEEZED.

It's so gross and ugly to see someone, especially a female yawn wide and she hasn't brushed her teeth or cared for them - ultra gross.

@MalteseMomma, yes, it works with cats too........the difference is, when you yawn first, cats will turn their head away from you before they let out the yawn. (they will never admit to it :-D )

YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS.........Many, many years ago, one morning I was sitting across from a glass sliding door. And then came along a cute white possum, staring back at me. I was sipping coffee, and was still tired, so I yawned. And guess what: That possum yawned back!

Where the heck do you live that you consistently see people with un-cared for teeth?

Women and men.

Yes, I yawn when others do and I've never seen a gross mouth. Nor would I have ever thought of this as a response to an interesting question.
