Nothing may have been dug up at all. This happened to me fairly recently. There was a thread right up at the top in the fashion forum. I commented on it and was only the second person to do so.

After I hit submit, I realized the thread was from several years ago. I didn't dig it up, it was there. Not sure why or how.
