That's awesome! I'm only 61% of her age and I'm a hot mess. You go, Ms Keeling!

I did well until barely into my 50s and then some additional health challenges hit and I'm just hanging on, but I wish I could still do more exercise.

WOW, good for her!

It does inspire me after having major surgery I can barely walk around our park. But I will get better, PT is helping.

Glad to help, B! I just happened to see both threads right at the onset so I figured that if you wanted to, you could ****** it in the bud.

Yes I do need inspiration--just got off the phone with my orthopedic doctor and scheduled a knee replacement on 6-2.....in panic mode.....thanks for your timely post.....

When my ma was around 95, she slugged her practical nurse, and sent her flying before she passed out................ (I'm lucky the nurse didn't sue me).
