Have you ever ordered shoes from 6pm? How was the service? Reputable? Thanks.

I order all the time from 6pm. Last month I bought 4 pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes from there and paid about the price of one pair at Nordstrom.

It's the outlet store for Zappos and has the same amazing customer service, fast shipping and good return policy.

Order without fear!

I actually get their stuff faster than anyone else. I've never returned anything but no complaints here from buying from them. I want to say they are or were tied to Amazon so if you like Amazon's service, I think it's the same company.

I have ordered MANY shoes from them, sandals, heels, hikers, you name it. Never disappointed. I always check their prices if I'm tracking a shoe. They don't always have them, but if they do, their prices are the lowest around.

Very reputable. It is Zappos They sell last season or shoes where they may only have a few colors or sizes left. I always check there first before buying shoes anywhere else.

Keep in mind that while 6 pm is free shipping to you, if you need to rerun something, you have to pay shipping back.

I've ordered from them quite a bit. I've never had a problem. I had to make a return once and my money was refunded promptly.

my in-laws buy shoes from that site pretty frequently. there's never been a problem and sometimes shipping is really quick! I hope you'll have a good experience too!

I "hearted" a previous post mentioning this but will reiterate that return shipping is not free (unlike Zappos, for which 6pm is a clearance site). Thus, I order a bit more carefully than I do when I don't have to worry about returning something that doesn't fit/I don't like.

I think what @hennypenny was asking (and maybe I'm wrong) is someone said 6pm was an Amazon company and someone said it's a Zappos company. Maybe Zappos is an Amazon company which makes 6pm an Amazon company. LOL

Yes but I honestly believe in the case of Zappos, the "free s/h and free returns" are built into the price of their offerings. When I am looking for something and trying to find a deal, Zappos is always more expensive. Sometimes by quite a lot.

Yes, I will say that Zappos is seldom less than other sources, but for the brands I order it is often the same. And if I'm interested in trying something or unsure if I'll like it, I am more inclined to order from Zappos (or similar sites) where I can return for free.

Mostly, though, I just wanted to reiterate to the OP that 6pm is a fine place from which to order shoes, but that you do have to pay to return them if they don't work.

I looked it up because you all had me curious and Zappos is now owned by Amazon so everyone's right. (Is that a first for our forums?)

Amazon as usual is the parent company and Zappos and 6pm are its kids or LLCs in business speak.
