Country Music Award Show

I have been a country music listner for more then 45 years and tonight as I am watching these females dressed in these outfits I am wondering just what Loretta Lynn, and some of the other ones who really brought this music alive think of these out fits that look like they should be worn pole dancing.

I enjoyed Chris Young's and Tim McGraw's performances!! I have Humble and Kind as my son's ringtone.

dmod, I enjoyed them also they really did a nice performance. Like how Dolly and Katy are singing now. Boy Dolly goes way back she is finally going to throw a party and her husband of 50 years is going to be introduced.

Yorkie I got a couple snipes back for what I posted but I so agree with your daughter. Some were dressed so nice but there were a couple wellll thats all I am going to say. I can't be too far offf with my thoughts since I have gotten a couple phone calls and some asked me what I thought.

The butt cheek thing was a young newcomer just breaking out. I doubt she has the benefit of a stylist just yet. I think it was a "rookie" mistake.

I didn't get to watch the whole thing, but the duet with Dolly and Katy was great - I was wishing they would sing more!

I think I was chatting about Carrie Underwood was she the one who came down those steps in that out fit with the laced up shoes or boots?/ I will have to look back at the reviews.

Country music isn't country anymore. Many of the older real country singers have said it is "dead."

Give me Alan Jackson any day. And Johnny Cash, and Willie, and Glen Campbell . . .

Sorry, I don't think this was a "mistake." This girl wore what she wanted -- and showed what she wanted to show.

@12andcounting @YorkieonmyPillow. Yes, we would know our rear end was hanging out, and yes, she wore what she wanted, lol. But she's very young. They are so accustomed to running around that way that they don't think anything of it. For goodness sakes, have you seen what some wear to church?😳

I doubt she realized her butt cheek would show. It was a weird angle on stage. That, I think she will learn, or will have someone helping her dress that will point that out.

Not saying that I agree with her choice, just giving her the benefit of the doubt. She also put a half long skirt over it to do another part of the performance so it was probably just a tad too short.

I'm feeling nice 😄😄

BTW, it was Kelsea Ballerini if you want to google and see the outfit. Not near as bad as it sounds. And she performed with Nick Jonas.
