Norton question

Ugh! I am in need of some information regarding signing up for Norton protection. I received the offer in my email. I know I have had Norton service in the past, but not sure if I still do. This offer is for $19 for 5 devices, which seems cheap to me. When I got into ordering it, I noticed there is not place to list the devices I want protected.

Am I missing something? Obviously I don't understand how all this works. Please help.

What you will be buying are licenses for 5 devices, protected under one account name.

The device gets added when you download Norton to a device through your account with them and it tells you have many licenses you have left.

Norton will give you service this year at a discount, and next year you will pay the full asking price. They will have your credit card number, and bill your account until you ask them to stop.

be careful with emails like that. some are Phishing scams . the price seems too good to be true.

Do you not get Norton through your cable provider? Comcast provides you with free Norton security.

I would find a free service like Microsoft or through your internet co. I had terrible luck with Norton and had a horrible time getting it off my computer. Spent 8 hours talking to India one day. No thanks.

We like Norton and so far, knock on wood, have found them to be the best of the three we have used over time.

The one that came free from the cable company was terrible, it allowed so many pop-ups that the computer actually crashed from brain overload!

Mcafee didn't do a great job either.
