    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last several weeks, I have been unable to click on the TSV. &amp;nbsp;My computer icon just spins and the fan comes on on my Mac Pro laptop. &amp;nbsp;I tried another browser, Firefox, instead of Safari, the same thing happens. &amp;nbsp;I dont have any problems with clicking on any other items on the site. &amp;nbsp;I can click on it and it comes up fine. &amp;nbsp;It doesnt happen on any other site. &amp;nbsp;Could someone tell me what I can do? &amp;nbsp;Is it my computer, the site, the browser? &amp;nbsp;I'm at a loss.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had this problem several times, too.&amp;nbsp; It seems to just be on this website so I assume it is their problem and not our computers.&amp;nbsp; After a while everything gets back to normal.&amp;nbsp; Good Luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33715"&gt;@meem120﻿&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started having the same problem before Christmas. &amp;nbsp;Not only with the TSV but also newer items that the Q added to their inventory. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought it was because I had upgraded to El Capitan, because I didn't have an issue until after upgrading. &amp;nbsp;I briefly conversed with one of the moderators and they couldn't come up with a solution but said they would pass the information on. &amp;nbsp;I still feel that it is the way Q is entering the information into their system that is causing this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone on the electronics forum suggested I download and use Firefox. &amp;nbsp;I did do that. &amp;nbsp;While I still use Safari as my primary browser, whenever I have a problem opening items on the Q, I go to Firefox and am able to view them. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish I had an answer for you. &amp;nbsp;I truly feel the problem is on QVCs end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am going to forward this to our IT Department and let them know that several posters have been experiencing this as an ongoing issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, I would recommend&amp;nbsp;the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Clear your browsing history including cookies&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Make sure that your browser is the most current version&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Reboot your device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new Macbook Pro with the latest OS. &amp;nbsp;It doesn't matter if I use Safari or Firefox, some items on QVC will not load for me. &amp;nbsp;It seems to be mainly electronic items. &amp;nbsp;If I do a search, the search page comes up, but if I click on an item, it will go to it but will stop loading. &amp;nbsp;To order the latest Shark vacuum TSV, I had to use my tablet to watch the video and order. &amp;nbsp;Same for the last LePan TSV. &amp;nbsp;I can load, watch, and buy most other items but can't most electronics. &amp;nbsp;I have cleared history, caches, etc., shut down the laptop and so forth, but electronic items will not load. &amp;nbsp;ETA...QVC is the only website on which this occurs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have macbook pro el capitan and safari won't load one thing from the Q website. I just checked.The banners have headings on top of one another for starters. But I get the spinning ball that just stops after a bit, thus killing the page, so that I can no longer click on any link on it. I never use safari so it hasn't been a problem with me. Use Chrome browser. I have few problems with the site using that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
