Well I wish her all the best on her new venture. Life didn't end just because she left the Q. She is a pretty, fashionable woman who has worked hard to be where she is and Im sure she'll find success (and I wish her) on her next chapter.

I just saw that. Long way? It seems like she's fallen 1000 steps down since leaving QVC. That vlog is a compilation of old stuff. She didn't leave QVC to do that. She's trying to make something happen and perhapss she will, I just don't so. Not as a vlogger for the senior set. Her demographic is the 60 year old fashionista and social media isn't our thing. I was amused that she's saying she designed the Gili line. She seems to have self proclaimed herself to be a fashion designer....lol

I think it's a great idea - digital is the way forward and there's a lot of money that can be made from blogging. Print magazines have been struggling for years - I work in communications and digital platforms are the way forward.

I don't know if she'll be able to sustain a following. With all due respect, her fashion style is still in the 1980's.

Don't understand what new stuff she can offer for blog-land.

@HB glamma .... I agree with you 100% .... so much fuss for absolutely nothing big .... if this is what she has kept a secret about to me it's a real downer!!!!! .... she should have stayed at QVC .... I was never a fan but, this is nothing earth shattering!!!!!

Lisa was never one of my favorites, but I didn't have a problem with her shows, either. I've been fairly neutral and haven't posted much about her over the years. Now and then, when I saw threads about her Facebook page or the simple blog she created months ago, I took a look. Really, I didn't see anything that held my interest or made me want to follow her updates.

When I looked at this new site, the first thing I noticed is that nearly all of it is just the same, rather old, posts (some date back to a year ago) copied from the Facebook page and older blog site. And, of course, it's obvious that it's substantially paid advertising. There's enormous competition with these ubiquitous lifestyle/beauty/fashion sites, so she's really going to have to kick it up a big notch to move toward the top. I genuinely wish all the former hosts well, so it will be great if she turns this into a win.

I have never been either a 'fan' nor a 'hater' (a term I despise as I see it as very juvenile), did not watch every show she was host of, but did see her on air several times, and enjoyed her sense of humor more than anything else about her. I did not see her as the be-all, end-all that some seemed to profess her to be. Wished her well when she left and to me, that was it. This "Vlogazine" will mean nothing to me. Good luck to her with it. I have no reason not to wish her well, as I would to anyone else starting, or trying to start, a new venture.
