Really? I just received my March insider in the mail Saturday and it has the Scott Brothers on the cover!

I receive the Insider by mail. This is newish to me...starting in November...I received the December issue. They skipped me for January, but I got the February issue very early..this was the one with Angel on the cover. I haven't received the March issue.

Why does it seem like everyone has a different experience with this subscription? I would think it should be the same for all.

I don't know why people are having problems! I have been getting the Insider since 2005 and only had one time they did not send it to me one month. I called the Q and they sent another one right away! I guess I have been lucky!

I had been getting it sporadically in the mail. Today for the first time, I got an email with a link. The link says March, but the content is February. I wonder if this means I won't get it in the mail anymore?? I haven't changed any settings on my account. It's very bizarre.

I got the hard copy in the mail the other day. It is for March with the Property Brothers on the cover. It is the email with the link that is wrong: shows the Brothers but the link goes to February and March is not in the Archives section either.

I've been reading these boards for many years, and I chose to not pay for the Insider, because I read of all the complaints about not getting it on schedule.

Then it became a freebie for previous subscribers. The original subscribers continued to receive it. Then it was announced that if anyone wanted it...just send an email to the QVC social team.

I did that, and as I said....I received Nov and Feb......it seems they continue to send it out, erratically. I guess I can't say I'm not getting what I paid for....because I'm not paying for it.

I'll be expecting the March issue by mail...have received nothing via email...but also received nothing via email for the January issue, which I didn't receive any way at all.

Exactly. I just signed up this fall and got November's issue in the mail. I didn't get a December issue, but my mother did. I've always placed her orders for her, but I use my work email on her account. Melvin couldnt explain how she got December's issue when she wasn't signed up. I then got January's in the mail. Didn't get February. Now March comes via email. I can't figure it out. Sure glad I'm not paying for it.

Hello, I still don't receive the insider emails. I get the hardcopy magazine and I have selected every category of emails from the Q but do not receive anything :-(
