      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes! &amp;nbsp;I can't get any of my shopping channels, I only have a handful of stations. &amp;nbsp;I was watching a movies so I don't know when the problem started. &amp;nbsp;Comcast has been full of problems lately. &amp;nbsp;I'm waiting it out, I assume Comcast will fix it soon. &amp;nbsp;I don't want to call or go online for help because every time I do, I end up with internet problems and that means another....longer call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have not turned on the television yet but phone and internet connection is working. &amp;nbsp; Comcast has got to be the worst cable provider ever. &amp;nbsp;I had to call them at least twice a week (probably more than that) over the past month or two. &amp;nbsp; One of the problems I encountered was that I could not change the channel and this happened more than once. &amp;nbsp;Phone often goes out - not to mention internet problems. &amp;nbsp; And of course, they charge an arm and a leg for their service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I do the same thing as dooBdoo, check online. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Its a complicated system, way beyond my knowledge base.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Last week my neighbor called me on his cell phone asking if we had phone service. &amp;nbsp;We did, he didn't. &amp;nbsp;He called a friend who works for Comcast, who told him the company was adding lines which was affecting the phone service for some customers. &amp;nbsp;He had him unplug and replug his modem and the phones operated again.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;It would be nice if they could initiate some notification system that would alert customers when they were experiencing issues.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
