Very strange, now its only some items that I cant load on my Mac laptop. &amp;nbsp;My Ipad is fine. &amp;nbsp;I can acsess all other sites with my laptop with no problems, wonder whats wrong. Any suggestions? &amp;nbsp;The little icon just spins and it sounds as though it accelerates, as I said, its only on certain items and it works perfetly on all other sites with no problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep same&amp;nbsp;problems here with both Safari and Firefox.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Think David just casually made mention that people could still place orders via CS, and on the Ipads, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Boy, I bet they are feverishly working on this, what a terrible time for this to occur.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue, it would appear, is QVC does not or has not invested the money into their IT division.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Decades ago,&amp;nbsp; when I worked in the IT industry, the ONE thing that always made me shake my head was&amp;nbsp;the fact that companies didn't want to pay to upgrade/update/maintain their IT divisions. Now, this was when IT was just starting out but the scary thing was I worked for&amp;nbsp;companies in the security industry (if you follow my drift). You would THINK it was a concern but the attitude was "we'll wait and take our chances. Why put money into something and nothing happens?" Eventually it changed within that industry and yet, security breaches still occur and for inane reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly, that attitude is still alive and well among many companies, mainly retail. The funny thing is, as long as customers continue to purchase even when the system goes belly-up or there is a security breach or they don't have any on-line system in place with their own stores.....the company has no incentive to change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which brings me right back to &amp;nbsp;QVC; why put money into something when people still buy despite the frustration?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been intermittent for me the past 3-4 days. &amp;nbsp;A couple of days ago it was non-functional for viewing or shopping most of the day. Fine most of yesterday. Just now it took 2 minutes for anything to come up once clicked on. And I have fast internet and no issues on other sites.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
