Ultimate closet decluttering-winter clothes

Okay, I live in Texas. Winter is not that long. I don't go out much in winter due to medical reasons, so its not that big a deal. But I am ready for the ultimate thinning & getting down to a winter capsule wardrobe:

4 skirts- 2 grey, 2 khaki (they are my year round skirts)

2 polar fleece jacket, I wear as some would a casual blazer

1 peach chenille portrait collar 3/4 sleeve sweater in peach

2 print thermal knit print Henley's

3 rib knit Henley's in colors that go with my skirts & suit , grey, turquoise, & pink.

1 ski jacket, with hood

1 cape lined with polar fleece, with hood

1 navy dress (my funeral dress)

1 Beige wool soft suit-only suitable to wear north in the winter.

Winter gloves.

Up north I loved Land's End cotton crew sweaters, but I just don't wear them anymore. I only wear skirts, do shorts & slacks aren't an issue.
